(I’m on spinning rust) Seriously considering something completely different now. Not sure if it is KDE, but man… I really have a soft spot for SUSE, but this slow nonsense is a deal breaker for me.

I have openSUSE Tumbleweed and Slowroll on my Dell Latitude 7490, which has a 2 TB SSD and 64 GB of RAM; along with 5 other distros. I have been in the habit of continuous distro testing since I retired from the I.T. field in 2007. I prefer Debian based distros as my first experience with Linux in 2006 was with Ubuntu 5.10. Linux powers most of the electronic devices in the world.
